David -- I'm pretty sure David GM4JJJ has announced his intent here before
to put together a package to interface the Mac with the HP Z3801a. He also
called for anyone with interest over on Bill K8CU's web site dedicated to
the Z3801a:
Discussion Group: http://realhamradio.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=1
and Info Page: http://www.realhamradio.com/GPS_Frequency_Standard.htm
I'm also using GPSCon on my PC to talk to my two Z3801a boxes....
Anyway, you can check out David's Mac software forum for his various
packages at:
http://cgi.braeside.plus.com/forum/index.php
and contact him directly at:
[email protected]
He's developed both OS9 and OSX versions of the control software for the
Z3801a, both of which are still in beta testing....have tried them both now
as one of his testers. Also am using his "iCluster" as my main DX spotting
program...works great too.
BTW, David is here on this ham-mac list.
