[Ham-Mac] Amateur Radio Upload/Download Question

Has anyone created a program or would like to create a program to interface with a variety of radios
with computer connectivity to upload and download frequencies? I would like to see some sort of
program whereby you can designate the radio you are communicating with and download the information
to and from the radio. Ideally, I would like it to be written by Don Agro since the interfaces he
has on his programs are gorgeous (I am not particular on this, am I?) . I am thinking of getting
the Kenwood TM-D700A radio and would like the ability to put the frequencies on my computer then
upload them to the radio. Since the TM-D700A is APRS capable, ideally, I would like to have some
functionality built in that as well. I know that MacAPRS exists, but since MacLogger seems to be
the de facto standard for logging programs that combines many useful features into one program, I
thought it would be neat to have a good program that controls a variety of radios. Each radio has
its own feature set, such as number of stored frequencies, number of frequencies you can scan, etc.
etc. Many features would overlap such as the listing of frequencies you can program into the radio.
Have the ability to save several frequency files. Have a frequency file for all the frequencies you
listen and talk to in Boston, then overwrite them when you drive to Pennsylvania or any other state.
