[Ham-Mac] iCluster & MoonSked optional payment methods for Europe

Sorry for the repeat message, I just noticed I had missed out the  
important word "NOT" in the second paragraph below.

Many of you in the European Union will be aware that most Software  
Registration Companies now charge VAT on software that is purchased  
through them (if you are in an EU country). This effectively increases  
the cost of the software to purchasers in EU countries by 17.5%.

As my software sales are below the compulsory VAT registration  
threshold, I do NOT have to charge VAT, so as an alternative to EU  
countries I can offer PayPal (all credit cards accepted) with NO VAT.  
(Prices are in Euros not Dollars)

For example:
MoonSked is $49 or 40 Eu
iCluster is $29 or 23 Eu

So if you are in Europe - consider paying via PayPal, the rest of the  
world can use SWREG as before prices in US $.

My registration pages have appropriate buttons to either SWREG or  
PayPal to make it easy.
