DarwinPSK doesn't affect the Keyspan drivers, it sets external (USB)
audio driver global preferences to a state where they can no longer be
used with GarageBand. PowerWave will still work with Audio out - but
not with GarageBand.

After running DarwinPSK AND changing the output device in the
preferences - GarageBand will work with built-in audio out but not with
external (USB) audio devices.

I did find a way to fix this that requires deleting some global system
preferences and rebooting with the PowerWave disconnected each time I
use DarwinPSk and before I run GarageBand - the bug is similar to the
one we found with EchoMac's use of portaudio and is 100% repeatable.
