A beta version of MultiMode 4.6.0 (b1) is available for download.
There are numerous additions and changes from version 4.5.0, listed
at the end of this email. Here are the highlights:
Added a macro editing window. Some folks were having difficulties
editing macros, since the version of Text Edit shipped with OSX can't
save in plain text format.
Added a text input box for characters to be transmitted. Much easier
to use than the previous approach which mixed transmitted text into
the main text window.
You can connect a client to MultiMode via TCP/IP and get the decoded
text. For what use? You could pass the data on to another program for
further processing, or make it available to others. I'm sure some
enterprising folks will find a use for it.
Lots of bugs fixed as well, and some user interface enhancments.
The URL to downoad a copy is:

This is beta software, so there may likely be additional bugs and
rough edges. Your comments are greatly appreciated, and if you do get
a crash on startup, please forward the STARTUP_STATUS_DEBUG file to
me. Also try trashing your existing preferences if you get a crash on
startup, that often helps.
