[Ham-Mac] MoonSked supports new Rotators

MoonSked software now supports the AlphaSPID AZ/EL rotator and the  
Yaesu G-5500 Az/El with GS-232 interface, these are free drivers for  
registered users of MoonSked. Either available by email request to  
myself.
