[Ham-Mac] anti virus software

Speaking of utilities... My aluminum powerbook has suddenly (over maybe 4 or 5 days) gotten real s-l-o-w. What is out there that will defrag a disc like some of the OS9 utilities? Apple claims that OS X doesn't need to have it done. I have a 60 gig drive with 15 gig still open.

Thanks, Steve KD9BO
