Dick,
I know you said you didn't want a full logging program, paper and Excel
are working for you - understood...
..but MacLoggerDX works flawlessly under OS X, is incredibly simple to
learn and use, imports AND exports ADIF date for LoTW that you desire,
AND since MLDX keeps its logs in tab-text format, they are easily
readable and import/export-able with Excel. You can export your
existing log files in Excel as tab-text, open in MLDX, and export to
ADIF for upload... DONE! And should you need to, you could take an ADIF
and send it back to Excel.
Does a lot more, but it does easily handle your needs!
