[Ham-Mac] Frequency Data Files

Among other things, I am trying to organize some stuff on
my computer consisting of a number of small programs
and some data files, primarily relating to scanning and SWL.

Anyway, a compiled list of frequencies by bank in the Phoenix
area can be found in comma separated value format at:
    http://www.k7on.com/scan-swl/scan/arizona/freqcsv.htm

I have numerous other such data sets and would like to
use an XML format for such data, some day.

I'll post more of the data as I organize stuff.

Anybody know where I could see some information about
XML formats for radio frequencies?

Or other related information about data files for frequency data?
