  A minor error crept in when I was putting together the updates to 
match the latest version of the ARRL code, and has now been fixed. If 
you had downloaded the file before, say, 3:30PM CENTRAL TIME today 
(10/31/2003), please download it again.

  The fixed version shows "20031031b" in the version string.

  The problems are easily noticeable... No HELP in the Applications, and 
weird behavior of tqsl.
