[Ham-Mac] Who is *NOT* upgrading to Panther?

Greetings all....

I'm working on getting the TrustedQSL stuff ported and running on the 
Mac.

It looks like I have accomplished this, but only for Panther...  There 
is a niggling little dynamic linking thing going on with different 
library versions between Panther and Jaguar that is giving me problems, 
so I thought I'd ask...

  Who is *NOT* going to upgrade to Panther?

  It's much easier, obviously, to only support the current OS, but I 
thought I'd ask...
