Dick, N5XRD,

First, welcome to the list. Your posting worked fine. I find it strange that
your G4 was effected by RF.  The only RF problem I have had is the modem
sometimes drops the connection with I run the Amp but the G4 has been rock
solid. 

Your going to love the new G5 but I fear you may have the same RF issues
with the Isotron antenna mounted on the top of the bookcase.  Try moving it
as far away as possible.

Suggest you keep the old Dell for PSK-31. I have not had very good luck with
the G4 on PSK-31.  It works FB wit my PK--232 for RTTY with the old MacRATT
software in the Classic mode. Maybe others can give you some PSK-31 success
stories.
