[Ham-Mac] RoverLog update and Xastir instructions

Hello all,

I have just finished porting the lasted version of RoverLog 1.7.0 to 
OSX.  There are many improvements in both the latest version of 
RoverLog and my port.  Some of the improvements to the port include:

- not having to install a full Tcl/Tk distribution
- reduced the size of the distro by over 50%  The download is now about 
2.5 MB
- complete redesign of ini file handling
- added two optional applications: grid square calculator and 
heading/bearing calculator

I have also revised my installation instructions for Xastir.  I believe 
these instructions are the most complete available.  They are 
(hopefully) written so that even the novice OSX users should be able to 
get Xastir up and running with a minimum of effort.  I revised them to
