[Ham-Mac] Announcing Mac Ham Radio web site

Effective November 1st  a new web site will be available  to support 
amateur radio operators who choose to use Macintosh as their preferred 
computing platform. 'Mac Ham Radio' will feature:

- news;
- comprehensive software lists by category
- notifications of new and updated software;
- software and hardware reviews;
- editorials;
- links to Macintosh amateur radio software developers;
- an announcements email reflector.

The Hams and X website is being moved to the Mac Ham Radio site and 
will no longer be available from the old URL.
