I went to that site and it worked fine for me, using Mac OS X 10.2.6 
and Safari Beta 2 v74. I logged in with my FRN, went to my 
information page and changed my FAX number, proceeded to the ULS to 
link my callsign to my FRN, submitted the information. Everything 
worked just as smooth and easy as can be.
