[Ham-Mac] ARRL discrimination

I've never gotten anywhere by complaining about anything to Sumner or 
Haynie.  I've heard, and it seems plausible although I don't know, 
that they get so much email from individual members of the ARRL that 
they just blow it off.

So I've written to my Section Manager and to my Division Director.  I 
suggest that others do likewise.  You'll find their email addresses 
on the ARRL website.

I'm open to suggestions, too.
