On my lists, I don't care if people want to use email addresses that 
rely on verification systems, but it's THEIR responsibility to edit 
their verification file to allow for ALL postings from my lists to go 
through from the moment they sign up. They get only one chance. If a 
single "verification request" ends up going out to my entire list, they 
are immediately removed from the list and blocked from signing back up 
WITHOUT explanation or even notification. I have no further contact 
with them until they send me a private email asking, "How come I'm not 
getting email?" Then they get a cut-and-pasted response telling them 
that they were thrown off, why, and how they can sign back up as a good 
Netizen. If they blow it a second time, they're banned permanently 
until and unless they provide a different email address that has no 
such verification system in place.

The same should be the rule for all QTH lists.
