MacGPS Pro (<http://www.macgpspro.com>) runs fine under OS X. I have 
neither a USB capable GPS receiver nor a serial<->USB adapter so I 
haven't been able to run "live" under OS X, but AFAIK at least the 
serial GPS receivers should work just fine.
