[Ham-Mac] TNX to KB4XT for TS-570 RTTY Fix

The following is the end to a long shaggy dog story regarding problems I
have been having getting my TS-570DG to work with the PK-232 and the G4-450.
After trying several excellent suggestions from Dino, KL0S, and Jack, KB5XT,
the following is the tip that finally worked

When I got home and checked Menu 29 was set to 170 like you suggested. I
then checked Menu item 31 and it was sitting on 1275 (not 2125) so I changed
it and called CQ in LSB and a station came back to me for FB QSO on 14.092
MHz.
