[Ham-Mac] OSX/Classic and serial I/O

Do any of the Ham-Mac folks have experience to report on the use of
TNCs on machines using either OS10 or Classic?

Does the serial access on older programs still work properly in
Classic? And, any difference to report between built-in serial ports on
older (G3) machines and USB serial expansion boxes?

On a related, but not strictly ham, question, does ADB (keyboard,
mouse, etc) on G3s work properly in OSX?
