Dick,

You may need to run the Reset Safari Empty Cache button under the 'Safari'
menu.  I assume you still have Explorer on your your hard drive. See if it
works.

I have had no problems with the ARRL web page with Safari and I am running
Safari 1.1.1 under 10.3.2 on an old G4
