RealBasic does OSX, Classic, and Windows. It has an
importer that will "translate" Visual Basic code.

One possible fly in any conversion to any Mac OS is whether
or not the author used Windows "dlls". This is code, often
written in C, that is all precompiled and ready to go. Such
modules can rarely be translated from one os to another; it
is necessary to go back to the original code and recompile
it. Since code for these kinds of applications (sound-card
based, etc) are very specific for the platform, it becomes
a non-trivial task. Then, again, there might be a pleasant
surprise!
