Hello Scott-
In answer to your questions, I did a bit of research and found an article
online that I think will give you appropriate responses. It discusses both
'safety' and 'RF' grounds, the uses, advantages, and disadvantages of
both, relative to various operating frequencies. It also gives real-workd
examples that may be appropriate to your installation.
