[Ham-Mac] M2 rotator driver for MoonSked updated

Users of the M2 serial controllable antenna rotators may like to note that I
now have a new version of the control program I wrote that allows the
rotators to be controlled by my MoonSked software ( or manually via the same
driver). Version is now 1.0.6
