Dick,
I don't know where you can find what you want, but
there was someone on rec.radio.amateur.dx not that
long ago (months) who had a complete spreadsheet
like that. He offered it to others as a gesture of good
will and it was a very good idea.
I didn't continue using it because it didn't match the
DXCC report that is sent from the ARRL exactly and
it didn't have tracking for all of the bands etc.
It would be QUITE useful, in my opinion, if someone
did make something like that available.
I apologize if this does already exist, but I'm not aware of it.
Shamefully, I do my awards tracking manually with
pencil and paper. See:

I wish I could get my DXCC report in machine readable form
as well as the paper copy.
Sorry for rambling, but I do hate paperwork.
