[Ham-Mac] OT Pirate, MicroPower, Community etc Radio

I know some here are very well informed about
Pirate radio and other such issues.

I did a search of QTH.Net mailing lists and found
nothing (I could have missed it).

I'd be interested in finding individuals or groups
involved with micro-power radio or community radio
or whatever terms may be appropriate.

I live within 3 or 4 miles of a State University of 40-50k
students and the idea seems intriguing, for someone.

BTW still no word on installing KDE on OS X?
