[Ham-Mac] Need Current DXCC Country List for personal data base

I am trying to update my personal DXCC records and have been looking for an
updated listing showing Prefix and County names.  I tried the ARRL web page
and they have everything but a list.  I am just trying to save myself some
typing time by doing a copy/paste into an Excel worksheet.

If you have such a semi-current list or know a link to where one can be
downloaded, please let me know.
