Thank you for taking the time to file a comment in response to the FCC's
Notice of Inquiry on Broadband over Power Line (BPL).  I feel sure the FCC
will appreciate your response sharing Japanese ministry announced last year
not to allow BPL operation because of harmful interference to existing radio
services. I visited your web page at http://www.qsl.net/jh5esm and the sound
clips recorded for the ministry's study group are very impressive.
