John,

I'm now getting the same result with an iMic on my machine, but only if=20=

I use the iMic for both input and output. If I use the iMic for input=20
to the Mac and the Mac's built-in sound-out jack for output to the=20
radio, it works fine. This is a very peculiar bug, and I don't know=20
where to start in troubleshooting it. It's probably somewhere in the=20
internal relationships between esound and the Mac CoreAudio system, and=20=

doesn't seem to have anything to do directly with DarwinPSK.

You can simply put the microphone next to the speaker of the computer=20
and set the radio for VOX. Crude, but it works. DarwinPSK will copy=20
signals from a radio speaker several feet away from the Mac's internal=20=

microphone, too.

I'm sending this to the Ham-Mac group, in case anybody else has=20
encountered the same problem or might have an idea how to deal with it.
