Actually 5.6% (as it was showing just now as I voted) is MUCH greater 
than
Apple's market share of 2.3% world wide (second quarter 2003):

You really can't blame a disinterested party for ignoring a platform 
with
such ever decreasing market share. The fact that the Macintosh garners 
as
much support as it does is due to the small but vocal minority that are
Mac users.

But I agree - vote - it can only help the support for Macintosh at the 
ARRL.
