[Ham-Mac] Inquiry on "Spectrum Pollution" caused by Broadband over PowerLine (BPL)

The threat is not only the US affairs, but also the worldwide one.

BPL modems produce harmful interferences not only to hams, but also
to shortwave listners, radio astronomy scientists, Armed Forces radios,
maritime and aeronautical mobile services, Coast Guards, and so on.

Prior to ARRL examination, JARL have made a field measurement as a part
of Japanese government's official study group.
The achieved results are presented at an international technical/engineering
conference.
