[Ham-Mac] Help......Netscape problem 2

Gentlemen, thank you so much for the response. Answering some of the
points raised. The password is offered up by Netscape Communicator, I do
not type it in each time. 

	Possible ISP problem, I do not think the fault is with the ISP,
although, my system was working one evening, and not working the next
morning, but it had been switched off when not in use. To prove this
point and check the ISP, I am now running with Netscape Navigator 3.1,
using the same password, to the same ISP, and all is well, e-mail send
and receive are working correctly.

	I am no computer boffin, but I think the fault lies with my Netscape
Communicator, something has garbled the password access, either at
switch off, or, switch on, and I would like to re-instal the password
into the Netscape Communicator, without having to re-instal the entire
software package, for that will cause the loss of everything currently
held in the incoming mail box, but looking at the "Preferences", I
cannot see how to do this. Does anyone have any experience of doing this
?, or perhaps further thoughts on how I might get the Netscape
Communicator to behave properly.....my grateful thanks in advance for
