* Fixed bug when TS-50 used as second receive radio.
* Faster version of Quesa.
* Added split turn-off to Icom IC-910, IC-820, IC-821 Drivers.
* The =93Port Delay=94 in the Port Configuration Dialog is now applied =20=

between
   bytes instead of between commands.
* Port Delay changed from 1/60ths of a second to milliseconds.
