[Ham-Mac] MCC and MCCX beta103 released

Found and fixed the problem some were having getting MCC to run on a non US
or British Date format system. Have also added a few other fixes and
improvements (listed below)

MCCbeta103.sea or MCCbeta103.hqx is the PPC ONLY version (OS8.1 to 9.2)

MCCXbeta103.sit is the OS X ONLY version.

MacClusterClient (MCC) Beta 1.0.3 Release Notes  2002-05-18

This beta will expire on June 1st 2002

If there is sufficient interest I may release a final version as shareware.

There are some neat features in the software - It will calculate the
distance and bearing between you and the DX if you enter the locator of the
DX and then put the locators and distance in the DX spot for you
automatically.

THERE IS BALLOON HELP in OS 9 and HELP TAGS in OS X

I plan to add DX speech announcements soon also.

There are some features that are specific to DX-Spider Clusters, however I
plan to add alternatives for AR-Clusters also.
