John, look at the time & date, 2:39 PM -0500 3/20/02, of my post, 
which you quote.  Jon Bloom's post, which you quote, followed mine 
and was in response to it.  When his reply appeared, I read and 
understood it.

Don't complain that I "didn't even bother to read the reply" that 
hadn't been written.

Perhaps you have forgotten that "others that are having problems with 
the ARRL web site" posted details of syntax and other errors that 
they had found on the site.

1. I have posted _nothing_ to this list on the topic of the ARRL web 
server from the time that you complained about wasted bandwidth, 
until now.  I do not intend to post to this list on the same topic 
again.

2. My 2:39 PM -0500 3/20/02 post appears to have sat at 
mailman.qth.net for two days before being reflected to the list. 
This delay was not my doing.

3. If it was _your_ ox that had been gored, would you have complained?
