If I understand your question correctly, I think the closest you
could get would be a PC with a DRSI packet controller board
installed. I don't know of any packet controllers that were
manufactured for a Mac that install into a PCI/other kind of
slot.
There are however radios & tnc combo packs that you could use
running a Mac and dumb terminal emulator.
