MultiMode won't run on a 540c (it's way too old), but you could run one of
the many other Mac ham programs, such as a logging program CW tutor, my
MacProp or MacGrayliner, etc. I think the 540c has sound input, you could
probably run Audiocorder and turn it into a VOX recorder.
