Thanks to Jim, Dino, and Thierry for the info. I think the MacCRO will fill
my needs well.

Since I interrupted the conversation on OSX, let me add my $.02. I
administer a Mac system for a small private school, with an eclectic
collection of CPUs. I am experimenting a bit with it, but for the time
being, i.e.,. until I upgrade all my machines to at least 250 G3s am I even
going to think about OSX for my workstations. Compatability and continued
use of my current core software are my main concerns. Probably the first
use I will put it to is on my file server. $500 is a lot of money though.

Thanks to all for the great info and spirited opinion on Ham-Mac. Its fun
to sit here and read the mail.
