[Ham-Mac] MultiMode OSX 4.0.0a11 released

This version adds transmitting for CW, RTTY, PSK31, and packet modes. It
also adds the Bit Rate mode for determining the baud & shift of RTTY
stations.

As usual, this is alpha software, it may not work, blah blah blah. If you
get a crash, try trashing your prefs file.
