http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~ntp/ is always the best place to start
looking for network time clients and servers. OTOH looking there just
now it appears to have been rearranged and not as useful for finding
clients other than their official ntpd.
Vremya is a Mac utility I have used in the past. Run at boot out of the
Startup Folder as its an application and not an INIT or CDEV. This
seems to be its home now: http://allmacintosh.xs4all.nl/preview/206331.html
