I have, but then MultiMode always works for me ;-)

Seriously, I have received pictures using the RIG receiver I built from
kit. NOAA-12,14,15, and some of the Russian birds. The brightness of the
pixel controls the amplitude of the audio on transmission, so you want
to set the volume going into the Mac appropriately, try to use as much
of the dynamic range as possible. 

Did you not get any image at all, or was it too dark/light, or noisy?
