Hi fellow hams,
having started with Realbasic v2.1.1 I missed external project files
for library programming purposes. However, with its latest v4.0.2
this feature is now available and I am now more or less fully
satisfied with Realbasic. Although I love C all my software projects
are Realbasic projects now. From my point of view, Realbasic is
definitely a great tool for mac programmers.
I personally do not blame the development tool if its users do not
provide high quality software. For the same reason I do not blame BMW
for their customers' driving style.
After two years of development I wish to publish my ham software
project in the near future. It supports radio propagation studies
(e.g. Sporadic-E, FAI, Aurora, multiple-skip propagation, TEP) and
allows the VHF radio amateur to analyse dx-events and bandopenings.
If you remember the ancient QTH_LOC and AURORA program for the Atari
ST, you already know how the new 'BeamFinder' program will look like.
I will drop a note in this newsgroup as soon as BeamFinder is
available for download.

Volker
