I've released the latest beta of MultiMode for OSX. This version
includes, besides various bug fixes (which hopefully exceed the number
of new bugs added) two additional modes:

SSTV - Yes, finally. The decoding algorithms are a copy of those from
MM 3.x but hopefully the UI is a little nicer. Since there are no docs
for MM OSX yet, a brief explaination about the two sliders - the left
controls the skew (timing) of the image, the right controls the phase.
Useful since the auto-start and VIS code routines are still flakey. I'd
suggest leaving AUTO off for now, and manually start receiving the
picture.

LORAN C - Now you can monitor LORAN C transmissions. You can set the
number of samples to average over, and choice GRI timings for most of
the common chains, and look at the pretty pulses. Hours of
entertainment. Can you tell this mode should have been released April 1?
;-) Seriously, one use of it is the ability to use LORAN C transmitters
as a propagation guide for LW. OK, I fess up, there's aren't any
practical uses for it, I just thought it would be fun to add. Besides,
can PeeCee Weenies decode LORAN transmissions? Another Macintosh
advantage!

One note, if you're getting a crash when you launch it, try trashing the
preferences file.

FFT/Spectrum, Hell, and SITOR seem to be the only modes not included now
in the OSX version. Still a lot of UI work to do, as well as some misc
features from the 3.x version that I've been putting off. Then the next
step is the addition of transmitting, and we should have something close
to final. It has been a very long road indeed.
