[Ham-Mac] Morse Via The Internet

I've been working on a protocol for a morseserver, which would function
somewhat like a multi-channel "chat" server, except the chat wouldbe Morse
code and text. I'm just playing around with the idea now, but if there is
interest it could blossom into a full-fledged OpenSource project. :)
