	Thanks for sharing your FLdigi & IC-7200 instructions.

	I took the liberty of reformating it a little as follows.

EMCOMM Digital Message Form Handling & FLDigi/Icom IC-7200 Setup

FLDigi is cross-platform and includes excellent add-ons, FLMsg and FLAmp 
(2013 QST article).

FLMsg contains various forms, Red Cross Health & Wellfare, ICS-213, 
Radiogram, etc. Just fill in the blanks and transmit. FLAmp allows drag 
and drop of a number of file formats, but the simpler the better. For 
example, if a document can be put in plaintext rather than MSWord, 
losing all the unnecessary formatting, it will be shorter and faster to 
transmit.

ICOM IC-7200 via USB

1. Turn OFF Noise Reduction [NR], Noise Blanker [NB], and Automatic 
Notch Filter [ANF].

2. Using the Filter button, set the filter to Wide. You will see [W] 
indicated near the top of the display.

3. Set the radio to Digital Mode as follows:

a. Press and hold the SET button about 1 second.

b. Select DATA by turning the M-CH knob (lower right of front panel).

c. Turn DATA On by turning the VFO knob.

d. Press the SET button to exit the menus.

You will see [D] appear just to the right of the frequency, Indicating 
that the IC-7200 is now in Digital Mode.

4. Now start FLDigi.

In FLDigi at the top click the Configure menu, then the Rig tab, then 
under that, click Hamlib.

There, click Use Hamlib.

In Rig, select "Icom IC-7200 (Beta)"

Device, select the correct comport for your audio device, which is the 
sound card in the 7200, Silicon Labs CP-2102.

Baud rate 19,200 came up automatically and is grayed out. You can't 
adjust it.

Click "Initialize"

Now you should be able to transmit with the USB cable only.
