[Ham-Linux] Double Posts?

You are receiving post that are double addressed, to you direct and 
through the list. This one is not addressed direct. There is an option 
in the settings to prevent such duplicates. That if the post also is 
addressed to you, that option doessn't send the list version to you. 
I've set that flag for no such doubles and it has thinned the mail from 
lists noticeably.
