Most likely not, Doc.  I think the major focus of Wine has been on games
and office programs, not stuff that needs hardware access.  That said,
I've yet to try the newest Wine beta so things could have changed.

For general logging, yes.  For contest style logging with dupes and
point calculations, no.  Don't get me wrong, CQRlog is fine work and I'm
waiting for it to hit the Sid repository and then convert my old logs
over.
