Ken,

I run 4 linux servers here at work, running CentOS. I also run an 
Ubuntu server at home hosts my MythTV backend, which serves several 
MythTV frontends, and another server running ClearOS which is mostly 
just a repository, or file cabinet.

It's all pretty easy.
