[Ham-Linux] Any current Linux Distros for Ham Radio?

Hi Jack,

I am using Ubuntu, and prefer that because there seem to be more hams
(and others) using Ubuntu than more specialized distributions, and that
makes it easier to find solutions to problems. Karmic (10.04) finally
seems to have a working pulseaudio sound system. They finally included
jack and the pulse-jack plugin in the main distribution so now you can
direct audio from most any application into jack and vice versa. I
really like that because I play with software defined radios (softrocks
and the like) and use DttSP and jack to process the audio, which I also
sometimes forward on to fldigi. I use hamlib and xlog and a bunch of
other ham radio applications with good success as well.

There is a Ubuntu hams group that supports ham radio on Ubuntu.
