Which would clearly violate anti-monopolistic practices laws 
on the books,
if you could prove that such a contract exists.

They really prosecute such activities in Europe, for some 
reason they are
less protective of consumers in the USA - where's the 
positive "change"?
(Oh yeah, key MS executives supported the Dems. with big bucks.)
